At My Parrot Depot, we stand behind every product you’ll find on our site. If not satisfied with your order, simply return it for a full refund less shipping charges. This commitment is only possible if merchandise is returned in un-used, new condition exactly as it left our warehouse. Should you have received the wrong product with an order, we do not expect you to pay return shipping and will provide a pre-paid label for your convenience.

We accept returns for up to 15 calendar days from when the items were received. Some items such as factory seconds, refurbished or close-out items are ineligible for return but can be exchanged for another product or store credit. To know which items these might be, look for this to be clarified in the description section of that particular product.

To process a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available. (Hint: If you cover all existing shipping labels, you can reuse the bag or box your order came in.)
  2. Include proof of purchase (invoice, packing slip plus your name, address, email, phone number and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
  3. Attach the a pre-paid shipping label (if provided) or address your package to:

 4.  Send your package using a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. My Parrot Depot is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. In other words, your parcel must be received by us before a refund or credit can be issued.

Cancellations or Corrections:

If you need to cancel or correct an order, then please do so immediately by calling 1-800-527-0804 during our normal business hours and talk directly to one of our customer service representatives. We are unable to accept order cancellations or corrections via email. Once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot change or stop it-so please review your order carefully!   If an order has shipped and must be corrected, it will then have to send it back to us at the buyer’s expense. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery when it arrives. Most carriers will charge My Parrot Depot for return shipment. Therefore, if the package(s) is refused delivery, the original non-refundable actual cost, as well as the return shipping cost will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

Unlike other companies, My Parrot Depot does not share any information whatsoever with advertising companies.

Brooders: My Parrot Depot and its agents or distributors will not be responsible for loss of animals in the event of failure however caused, and the user is advised to arrange his/her own insurance cover where loss of power or mechanical or electrical failure might result in unacceptable losses.

Toys: My Parrot Depot will not be held responsible for any injury or loss of animals in the event of entanglement, improper toy maintenance or freak accident with the use of its products.
